My Breathwork Journey

Breathwork is one of the most powerful and effective healing modalities I have experienced. I have made pranayama and Breathwork an integral part of my own life. When intentionally  combined with high vibrational music, the transformational power of our own breath is potent and deeply healing.

Breathwork is a powerful practice, that facilitates our body’s innate self-healing capabilities. I have experienced many Breathwork modalities that are effective in their own right, however, the style I facilitate has consistently yielded the most significant benefits for me and my clients. Together, in a sacred and safe ceremonial container, I guide my clients through an inward journey, accompanied by live music and gentle, rhythmic breathing. As my teacher Catalina Rojas says, the world is fast and cathartic on its own, as facilitators, it is our job is to assist in restoring the balance.

When we apply gentle and connected breaths, with no separation between inhale and exhale, we can recognize the Union of The All… The expansion and contraction, the sunset and sunrise, the self and non-self become One.

Who is it for?

During a Breathwork session you can expect live music with drum, shakers, voice and sacred instruments, Reiki and energy cleansing.

Breathwork supports so many of the challenges everyone experiences. It reduces stress, creates feelings of openness, love, peace, gratitude, clarity, communication, and connection. Breathwork also helps release trauma or mental, physical, and emotional blocks, as well as anxiety, depression, fear, grief, and anger.

Private Breathwork (Online)

While each 75 minute session will look different, the structure of the session will remain constant:

INTENTION. We’ll take some time early in the session to connect and uncover what wants to move through you in the session

HEART CONNECTION. I’ll provided a guided heart connection practice through either movement, sound, prayer, meditation or self-inquiry

BREATHWORK. You’ll be guided through a full breathwork session and energy clearing.

INTEGRATION with REIKI. There will be time at the end to receive the expansion, integrate the session and for you to feel supported as you move into the rest of your day.
