I fell in love with yoga in 2006, while working in the UK corporate world. It brought me a sense of connection, embodiment, and deep understanding that I had not felt before. Since then, I have studied with masters in India, Thailand, Vietnam, South America, China and HK with more than 800 hours of training and certifications.
My teachings incorporate my background of Traditional Hatha Yoga, Qi-gong, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Raja Yoga, Mindfulness, Yoga for Chronic illness, Kidding Around Yoga for children.
I am passionate about making yoga accesible and inclusive, guiding students to go inwards, and inspiring inner peace in our practice together and out in their lives,
The journey starts anywhere where you are, today. Together, we can move into a state of ease and self-acceptance by starting from where you are, NOW. Bringing you into your body, calming the mind, and enlivening your spirit so your light can shine in the world.
I tailor the practice to your specific needs, balancing appropriate effort and ease. I include in our practice smart movement, meditation, pranayama, long relaxation and yoga philosophy.
