I spoke with Carmen about wanting to rid myself of past pain and the grief I carried with the loss of my brother. She said “let’s do this”, I closed my eyes and did the breath work , while Carmen did her magic. I felt everything leaving the more I breathed out and Carmen drummed, sang, and used the bowls I felt transformed. When the session was completed I had a feeling of lightness and heart openness I had never felt! I am now back into my life away from the retreat and still carry this lightness. I am forever grateful and highly recommend Carmen to share her gifts with you.

If you’re interested in learning how to do sound healing or just a big fan of sound healing, I recommend doing Carmen’s training. It was fascinating to learn all about the diverse instruments used in sound healing, and we had the opportunity to learn how to play them all.The best part of the training was when we had the chance to work together and create our own “practice” sound healing session. Until you create your own “sound healing session” you don’t realize how every action and decision can create incredible effects on the participants. Carmen taught us so many important factors to consider, and was a delight to work with. 2 thumbs up!

The Breathwork & sound Session yesterday was seriously amazing. Never experienced something like that before. All the instruments, and chanting were used perfectly. The vibrations that I experienced were pretty mind blowing. The space you guided me into felt so clear and fertile to put new programming into my subconscious to create change in my life.
